PDF Download and Print Guide

A complete guide to downloading and printing PDFs, supporting all devices

Desktop Operation

Windows / Mac / Linux

  1. After finishing your settings, click the 'Print / Download PDF' button
  2. The browser will open the print preview dialog
  3. Choose 'Save as PDF' or print directly
  4. Confirm the settings to finish

Shortcut：Press Ctrl+P (Windows) or Cmd+P (Mac) to also open the print dialog

Mobile Operation

iOS (iPhone / iPad)

  1. Click the 'Print / Download PDF' button
  2. The system will automatically generate a PDF and open it in a new tab
  3. Tap the 'Share' icon in the top right (box with an arrow)
  4. Choose 'Print' or 'Save to Files'

Android

  1. Click the 'Print / Download PDF' button
  2. The system will automatically generate a PDF and open it in a new tab
  3. Tap the 'Menu' icon in the top right (three dots)
  4. Choose 'Download' or 'Print'

Recommended Print Settings

Paper Settings

  • Paper Size：A4 (210mm × 297mm)
  • Direction：Portrait
  • Margins：None or Minimum

Color Settings

  • Color Printing：Recommended for full effect
  • Black and White Printing：Also possible, but some color markings will be lost

Quality Settings

  • Resolution：300 DPI or higher recommended
  • Quality：Standard or High

Troubleshooting

Q: What should I do if the PDF doesn't download?

A: Check if your browser is blocking pop-ups. Allow them in the address bar and try again.

Q: The printed content is cut off

A: Set the print margins to "Borderless" or "Minimum Margins" and ensure the paper size is A4.

Q: Cannot print from mobile

A: Ensure the printer is connected, or use "Save to File" to download the PDF first, then print from your file app.

Q: Poor print quality

A: Please select "High Quality" or "Best" mode in your printer settings and use better quality paper.

Q: Double-sided printing is misaligned

A: Select "Flip on short edge" and confirm your printer supports automatic duplex printing.
